1. The scheme is open only to residents of the UK who are at least 18 years old.

2. You will receive your reward when you refer a new customer (a customer who has no previous relationship with Make Mortgages Easy Ltd) to Make Mortgages Easy Ltd and only once they complete on their new mortgage or insurance transaction arranged through Make Mortgages Easy Ltd.

​4. There are no restrictions on the number of referrals you can make.

5. The offer is available until further notice. The offer can be withdrawn at anytime.

6. Each reward is equal to the value of £50. The reward is to the person making the referral to Make Mortgages Easy Ltd.

7. New clients being referred must complete on a mortgage or insurance arranged by Make Mortgages Easy Ltd in order to qualify.

8. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.

​

9. Make Mortgages Easy Ltd reserve the right to amend, vary or cancel these terms and conditions or to withdraw this promotion at any time.

10. Upon completion, entrants will be notified by phone and/or email.

11. Make Mortgages Easy Ltd will aim to send the reward within one month of the completed mortgage transaction.
